1 - How to book your blocs

When you click on a free block you automatically get a booking form. The position of the selected block is pointed out. Just fill in the form and send it. You must write down:

  • Your name and first name
  • Your e-mail address
  • The number of horizontal and vertical blocks purchased from the pointed out one
  • The selected snapshot (minimum 200x200 cf. faq)
  • The URL to be activated when you click on the picture (only if you wish)
  • Any comment
  • The method of payment selected (CB, PayPal, chèque, IBAN+BIC)

If you wish to pay by cheque or by credit transfer, you will get, after booking, a confirming e-mail including the required information regarding the payment.

 

2 - How to pay for your blocks

France - by cheque :

Please send a cheque to the addressee and to the address that you will find in the e-mail.

Any country: by credit transfer IBAN +BIC :

Please ask your bank to transfer the amount of your purchase to the bank account (IBAN +BIC) specified in the previous confirming e-mail.

By credit card or by PayPal: :

If you have a PayPal account you can use it yourself by connecting.

Otherwise, if you pay with a credit card, click on the suggested option “if you don’t have a PayPal account”.

  • The minimum purchase is €40 (400 pixels), and the maximum purchase is whatever is left.
  • When you 'buy' pixels you will not 'own' any part of the homepage of this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for. We warrant to you:
    • the installation of your image on the totality of pixels you get
    • appearance, when the mouse fly on your image, of this same image (or of another if you in made the request) to a larger format
    • a redirection towards a Web site if you provided us the URL of it, via a click on the image
    • an investment for all the lifespan of this site which is 5 years at least from the 01-01-2006 (possibility of extension).
  • Pixels bought in the eyes of Mona Lisa, gives right to the same services as described in the preceding paragraphs except for the installation of an image on bought pixels (the eyes of Mona LISA will no be covered). Booking pixels in the eyes of Mona Lisa must be done by an e-mail to contact@jysuisjyreste.com; the price is negotiated between salesman and purchaser.
  • From the moment or your image + link are accepted (e-mail following a booking) and that your payment is carried out we endeavour as soon as possible to put them on line within 48 hours.
  • The owner of the site reserves the right to refuse an image/link, in particular the images or links offensive/adult/obscene.
  • If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
  • If your image and link are accepted and published on the banner page, you cannot obtain a refunding.
  • You cannot, of your fact, to change the image or the link, except particular case accepted by owner of the site.
  • If for an unspecified reason in the future you want to withdraw your image/link of the banner page, you can do it, but you will not be entitled to any refunding and your space will become available again for the public.
  • The images must be provided to format JPEG or GIF and with a size at least of 200x200 pixels (in order to be visualized correctly on a surface larger than that bought, for the final painting).
  • In all the cases, in order to ensure the most beautiful possible presentation, we undertake all the reprocessings necessary (realignment, luminosity, redimensioning with the exact size of the amount in invested pixels). It is desirable that the images sent respect the ratio x/y of the bought surface.
  • The animated images are prohibited.
  • You are the owner of the rights of the image sent and you authorize the owner of the site to publish it within the limits of what it is planned for the site ; ie. banner page, posters and unique painting when the picture will be finished.
  • If a URL to link is given, it must start with: "http://".
  • If you do not provide a URL to link, a link to the banner page of www.jysuisjyreste.com website could be put with the discretion of the owner of the site.
  • There might be occasional downtime for site maintenence but I'll try and keep these to a minimum.
